GEORGE CRANSTON
Most of you know my beloved husband died on May 21st. I can not express my
thanks and gratitude to everyone who has sent me cards, emails and made
phone calls. I am overwhelmed by how many people took the time and made
this small effort. Your thoughts about George have given me such comfort and
I reread your cards, emails, and blog comments over and over.

MY CLASSES
I am pleased to let you know that my classes at Carrollwood Cultural Center are going
very well. I have posted the schedule for the next round of classes beginning in July.

THE COMPUTER TUTOR
Do you need help with your computer or with an application that you can't figure out. Perhaps
you need just a minor tutorial in how to do something that has slipped out of your memory.
Computers are so complex today it is a wonder any of us can do work on them! I have a
lot of experience in computers and I love to teach. Call me, I come to your house and show you
how to do it on your computer.

MY FUTURE
I'm looking forward to the next clump of time joyfully. Yes, I will miss George every day, but
I have always had a full life of my own, and that goes on, like it or not. My commitment for
myself is to try to resurrect my flagging art career, and resume work on some major paintings that
have been on the back burner for 10 years. Read here to see my plans, and also check into the

RECOVERY CARDS
I hope to make more cards this year and market them more actively than I have in the past. My little card
business is one of those things that I never seemed to have time to focus attention on for very long.
I have plans to add a line of very large, oversized cards for large meetings and other events.

NEW PAINTINGS
There are a few new paintings that have been added to the collection recently, and I am happy to
report a few sales! This economy is dreadful for sales of paintings, so it is always very pleasing to have
news of that sort. I also have won an award that was very nice, and a few other tidbits of interest.
